I just love road trips. My necessities are:

- ipod
- road trip mixes (usually courtesy of Julie, she makes the best mixes)
- snacks, usually from Costco
- books & magazines (I love that I can read in the car without getting sick)
- camera
- final destination





March 19: Recipes to Try

- chocolate layered pie
- the best frosting I've ever had
- parmesan zucchini crisps
- mushroom ragout
- zucchini and corn risotto
- pie in a jar
- irish wheaten bread
